Venom Muay Thai operates the website venom-mt.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA B.E. 2562).

We collect the following personal data: (a) Booking data — name, email address, stay dates, room type, number of guests, and payment information processed via Stripe. (b) Contact form — name, email address, and your message. (c) Technical data — IP address and browser information stored in standard server logs.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your data to fulfil your booking or enquiry (contract performance), to send transactional emails such as booking confirmations and cancellations (legitimate interest), and to protect against spam and fraud (legitimate interest).
4. Third Parties
Stripe, Inc. — processes card payments securely. Hostinger International — provides email and server hosting. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
5. Retention
Booking records are retained for 3 years for accounting and legal purposes. Contact enquiries are retained for 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights (PDPA)
Under the Thai PDPA you have the right to: access your personal data · request corrections · request deletion · withdraw consent · object to processing · receive your data in a portable format · lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Only essential cookies required for the booking process are used.
